A well-behaved dog is a joy to live with, and proper dog training helps ensure that your pup can participate in almost everything you do together. Puppies can begin very simple training starting as soon as they come home, usually around 10 weeks old.

What ever your goal is for your dog, training is key to making your dog more confident and comfortable in a variety of situations. It’s also a lot of fun for both the owners and their dogs.

My mission is to provide the best training experience a person and their dog could have through positive training techniques and skills, providing successful, engaging and fun training lessons that ensure every client's training needs are met, effective and memorable.

My goal is to achieve obedience reliability for every dog owner, while creating a wonderful bond experience between the dog and it's owner.

No matter which dog training program or activity you choose, from basic training to Canine Good Citizen, one thing is for sure: You and your dog will develop an even deeper bond than you could have thought possible.

Positive Reinforcement Dog Training Classes

Training is an essential part of owning a dog, and can be started at any age. Training builds confidence, is mentally stimulating, and bonds owners to their dogs. It is key to making sure your dog is comfortable in any situation. We aim to provide the very best training experience for both you and your dog, and we do this by using positive training and reinforcement techniques. 

Positive reinforcement training uses a treat ( praise, a toy, or anything the dog finds rewarding) for desired behaviors, as opposed to punishing behavior that we don’t like. We have found that positive reinforcement training is the most effective way to train dogs because dogs will naturally seek to repeat behaviors that earn them rewards. 

Our trainer Pam combines her life long love of dogs, with proven positive training techniques, to help you and your dog attain your training goals. Each dog is different and will require different amounts of training, but we believe what is most important is kindness, patience, and a focus on rewarding the behaviors we want to see repeated.

Dog Training Facility in Rocky Mount, NC

We are a private facility situated on 3 acres of picturesque land. Fully equipped approximately 500 squared ft. facility with training aids for every type of dog training needs.  Dog friendly environment, clean and sanitized after every use.

NOTE: Due to Covid: we have increased our cleaning practices to ensure this facility is cleaned and sanitized pre and post use. We want our four legged clients and their owners to feel safe and secure while being trained in the facility.
